The Whisker Club will host the third North American Beard and Moustache Championship on July 7, 2012. This family friendly event will take place in Bremerton, Washington. All of those with facial hair from around the world are welcome to compete and the club would be happy to welcome people to our beautiful part of the world to celebrate facial hair. The photo above was taken from the location of the competition, the Elks Lodge BPOE 1181. The championship will follow the rules as seen in World Beard and Moustache Championships. Those who attend will see what great fun this type of event can be by meeting with old friends and making new ones. An outdoor BBQ will be offered in a beautiful location and a full service bar will be available to quench your thirst. The club will be providing transportation for our guests from local hotels and the 11:00 arrival at the ferry terminal. The Whisker Club is a not for profit club and will again donate the proceeds to charity. |
